PageFly Shopify: Tutorial and review of a easy Shopify page builder app

Do you need a website for your business, like, yesterday? You could spend hundreds or even thousands on a web designer, or you could try PageFly. PageFly is a Shopify app that allows you to build your own web pages via drag and drop in lieu of coding (they’ve done all of that work for you). This PageFly review is meant to inform the reader about PageFly for Shopify. Additionally, it is a short PageFly how-to guide.

Best Features

PageFly allows you to drag and drop to create beautiful web pages to increase conversions for your e-commerce business.

  • With PageFly, you can build an entire store, as there are options for regular pages, home pages, blog posts, password pages, landing pages, product pages, and collection pages.
  • It has a responsive design by default, so it looks great on desktop and mobile.
  • PageFly has direct-in page SEO tools, FOMO effects, and social media presence.
  • It has analytics to track your site’s performance
  • Redo and undo options
  • Autosave

Plays Nice with Other Apps

PageFly page builder is one of the most popular landing page builders on the Shopify platform. It gets an average of 4.9 out of 5 stars of 4,274 PageFly reviews. PageFly integrates well with Google Analytics, PayWhirl, Facebook Pixel, Parcel Panel, Weglot, Klaviyo, Yotpo, Loops, Judgeme, and Stamped.

Mobile Friendly

Pages created by the PageFly Shopify app load quickly and look good on mobile. This is crucial because most people are now using their phones rather than their desktops to do virtually everything, including their online shopping.

No Coding Necessary

No coding knowledge is needed to use PageFly. The drag and drop technique levels the playing field in terms of creating beautiful, conversion-friendly pages. This is a great alternative to hiring a web designer because you can create on your own schedule and not have to rely on someone else to get the job done. Instead of waiting weeks for a finished product, you can be done in minutes! It also costs much less than a web designer.

If you do know coding, on the other hand, you can use it to optimize your pages with CSS, HTML 5, and custom JavaScript.

Want a template that stands out? PageFly has got it. It’s one of their main selling points. PageFly has a wide selection of beautiful templates that are designed to yield high conversion rates. PageFly’s 70+ templates are the perfect blend of functionality and style, built to rank high in SEO and generate traffic to your store. With templates like Sparkling and Stella, you can’t go wrong. Nikki Waterson from Paws For Giving

I set up my store all by myself with the amazing support of the PageFly team who were able to answer all of my questions and fix all of the problems that I ran into.
When I had problems with my theme clashing with the PageFly they fixed every single one and they always fixed it in a really short period of time.
I think people should know how great PageFly is and so if you're thinking about getting an app that is going to make it way easier to build a website exactly how you want it to be built I highly recommend this app.
There's a little bit of a learning curve but it's worth it. PageFly will let you do every single thing that you want to do on a website unlike using templates and any other app that I've ever used.

Pagefly Tutorial

This PageFly Shopify review includes a PageFly Shopify Tutorial on using PageFly.

PageFly Landing Page

Here’s a quick tutorial on how to create a PageFly landing page. Click Create a page and a new window appears. Go to Page Details to choose your page title, URL, and page type. In the second section, Page Layout, you can choose to show or hide the header and footer. In the last section, Page Optimization, you can configure settings for the optimization of your page. It gives you the option of Lazy Loading images.

There are six page types to choose from:

  • Regular page
  • PageFly Shopify home page
  • PageFly collection page
  • PageFly product page
  • Password page
  • PageFly blog post

If you want to build a PageFly Shopify landing page, you would:

  1. Choose regular pages.
  2. On the next page, you can choose from a range of templates. Once you’ve selected a PageFly template, you will be directed to the main dashboard.
  3. From there, you can drag and drop what you want on your page.

You can load up your landing page with incredible tools to increase your conversions. You can add slideshows, popups, and countdown timers to encourage shoppers to make buying decisions.

PageFly About Us Page

To build an About Us page:

  1. Click the Create a page button on the dashboard, and select a regular page. Give your page a title and click Next.
  2. Upload an image banner. Add a section on the page canvas. Add a background image, and add “About Us.”
  3. Write an introduction.
  4. Write a “reason” section. This is to show customers why they should choose your product.
  5. Drag and drop a heading element to write a call to action.
  6. Save and publish your page.
We recommend Shopify’s PageFly for all of your page creation needs. If you’re running a business, you already have too much to do without worrying about hiring a web designer to create your website and then be dependent on their time table. Create stunning pages on PageFly in minutes for much less or free!
